Our New Friends to Live Simply

21 Sep

We have some new friends to our blog over the past few days. Please make a comment about something you are doing to be more self-sufficient or something you would like to see right here on this site. I’ve asked everyone to interact. It helps us all.

Hi there! Living Simply can really be anything you want it to be and there are multiple aspects to it. From gardening to sewing to alternative energy; if you have a question please ask it. We just might be able to find an answer for you!
    Welcome aboard and visit often.

You are right about that Randy. We can all benefit if we can interact here and learn. All of us have different abilities, talents and gifts we need to share. Best of all we can “do” something about where we are and where we want to go. Thank you. We had a dozen of us reading the blog yesterday so keep up the good work. I plan on shortly adding some great pics of my fall garden and other happenings.

The longest journey starts with the first step. We are not so much selling as we are educating, and learning from the individuals in the group. 12vdc, self sufficiency, solar, aquaponics, living simply…. education and preparation for whatever comes along is an on-going process. One cannot simply store energy in a battery and consider oneself prepared!

While planning is very important, I’ve found “doing” is really the way to learn. We are all learning together to be more self-sufficient. It’s the way of our grandparents and a satisfying way to live.
